Official: Karen Was Crrrraaaazzzzyyyy! It's been 2 days i did this workout, my legs are still sore. New rollers helped me with some of the tightness/soreness. Here are some of the workout that totally owned me for days:
1. karen
2. backward running
3. overhead squat
4. 100 chest to bar pull ups. (time trials)

I'm not afraid to admit that Karen kicked my ass!!! Never had I did a workout that brought a couple tears to my eyes......due to the sweat of course LOL! Thanks everyone for supporting me with this shitty workout:-) Much love to you 645 class!!! See you in a few days after a couple of painkillers and some booze LOL!
