Jason! You are a fantastic athlete. More than anything else...you are a great father! When I see the love in the eyes of the little ones (not so little girls anymore) have for you...it's just amazing! I'm sure you're polishing your shot gun by now for the first set of suiters!!!

I AM SUPPOSED TO BE OFF WORK @ 7PM. I WILL BE AT THE GYM ASAP =)

Here's tonight's itinerary for walking and O-lifting.

I will be walking for a couple miles tonight at 6:15 pm. All who want to join for the walk, show up and we will walk for 2 or 3 miles.

At 7:15 pm. We will be O-lifting. This sessions is open to those who have taken a clinic or session with me. Drop in fee is $20.

Now for something completely different (that's for you Brad)...

Was watching CNN and this Australian dude is interviewing the Dahli Lama. Great example of how humor doesn't translate. He tells him a joke and the Dahli Lama totally doesn't get it. "So the Dahli Lama walks into a pizza place (translation here to explain what "pizza place" is) and asks 'can I get one with everything?'" (more translation...and the Dahli Lama doesn't get it so the guy tries to explain..you know, "one with everything-like become one with everything"...Dahli Lama says "oh, not possible."

Whoa...hot and humid here in Singapore. Not a fun place to do a workout. Got in around 2 a.m. which is 11 a.m. back home. Caught a few hours sleep, woke up, went down to the gym in the hotel (small thing but had DBs and a Smith machine to do BPs...that was odd). Did BP sets of 3 up to 165#s..first time using a Smith..much different than without, but at least you don't need a spot.

Did a modified version of Sunday's CFFB workout. Did 8 rds. 20 DUs/8 DB thrusters/5 pylo push ups. The DBs were 15 and I thought kind of heavy for #s until I realized they were in kilo...duh! The DUs sucked because I had to go out of the gym to do them and it was about 85 degrees and 85% humidity..ugh. 13:36.

Had breakfast at the buffet. Always interests me what they have for breakfast in Asia. Lots of salad stuff and fish. I can do the salad, but fish in the morning is a hard sell. Then again, I pop about 5 or 6 fish oils every morning..so what's the diff?
