Sorry everyone... It's 3:20 am and I'm still in Oakland supplementing other agencies for the Occupy Oakland protest. Posting on my cell. I don't even know what the workout is cuz its on a clipboard at home..... Chyna coaches in the morning and will give you all the workout then. I'm coming up on being up for 24 hours. Oh joy!

Tommy A the workout was AMRAP 20 min. of 15 pull ups/20 walking lunges (45#/25#)/25 Abmat situps/200m run. Most of the morning crew got from 4 to 6 rounds...well only Joe got 6 (hating that guy). The abmat situps sucked the worse.
