Is that a reverse c#$k push-up?

That’s what I like about Crossfit, if you ever need to lift a bus with your crotch… there’s a workout for that.

We will be O-lifting this evening at 6:30 pm. and on Saturday morning at 10 a.m.

This session is open to participants who have taken a session or clinic with me.

Let's lift some big weight!

That's a great way to increase the strength of your hip/thrusting action! Good practice for crossfit "virgins" if you know what I mean ;-)
