Sleep more. Drink more water. Eat more. If you partake of caffeine, partake less. I get all whacked out when I don't eat right and I drink a bunch of coffee.

Otherwise, suck it up bro.

I've recently experienced a vertigo like episode a couple days ago. I'm just sitting at my desk and suddenly, the whole room starts moving up and down I went to the doctors today and they said physically, I'm great. Vitals are strong and healthy, but I need to relax and get more sleep. I work and went to school back to back on the same day, luckily once a week but it's like an 18 workday from start to finish. But I haven't been working out as much and when I do, I'm out of it from the start. There are many things I want to accomplish before I turn 30. Maybe I want to get all the hard crap out of the way so I can make more time to relax and have a good life for the rest of the time I'm alive. I now know that there are some things I need to change. I'm changing my diet, I'm taking a break from Grad school and trying to focus on getting back into better shape and trying to relax and get more restful sleep.

My thought process has changed when working out. I do a mixture of things to keep in shape. Swimming, free weights, spin classes, crossfit and more. That what makes me happy and I feel that I'm more focused when I'm around people, whether it's friends or people in their own zone. One of my goals is to get to where I'm in great shape and high spirits like many people I know like you Freddy, Brad and many other friends I know who are 45+ that outlast me and I'm only 28. I ask myself, "What the hell is wrong with me? Why can't I keep up?" I need to think of a new game plan cause the one I'm executing isn't working out for me anymore.
