I'm not sure why an accomplished weightlifter would want to do this, but here is Zach Krych doing 30 clean and jerks (Grace) at 303# in 18:04.
He power cleans for 30 reps and split jerks all 30 jerks. For you people watching and start piping off about "he doesn't open his hips all the way when finishing some of the jerks"...... "GFY!" It's 303#!!!
Want to know what is even more amazing than a 303# Grace? After a training accident in 2008, doctors told Zach he would never lift 100# over his head again. His story in this video gave me goose bumps. Hard work and determination displayed at it's finest. A MUST SEE VIDEO!

@Angela, I'm still searching for that magic pill, too LOL! But I prefer the all nat-ur-al method. I have the magic class already and it's OW. Making miracles! GBO!

Interesting video. There was something creepy about it, though. Maybe it was watching him fall.
We had some very nice lifting last night.
Jess - she's still getting her timing right. Here's an example of an incredible athlete who is very strong and comes to train about every week. When we get her to train more frequently, she will be unstoppable.
Joe - Little Joe is killing it. He PR'd his C&J at 95 kg. It's the new 60kg for him! He's heading for the 100 kg club!
Lyn - She hit her PR C&J again at 75kg. Awesome work! Lyn will be competing with a few other folks from the gym in a Crossfit Competition on Sunday. I hope you all will cheer her on!
John - This is our group's sandbagger. He's very close to the 100 club and front squatted 120kg last night.
Great lifting!
I can't tell you how important it is to perform this lift correctly at least two or times a week in order to continue to develop and maintain your form and increase your lifting weights. When participants initially train with me, they get better immediately, because we take care of alot of bad habits that have developed. As they train harder, the PRs are less frequent, and rightfully so! In order to reach that next level, it's important to simply get stronger and continue practicing the o-lifting moves throughout.
Some people believe they can take one class and get PRs every time they lift.
Some people believe they can just take a pill and become a better lifter.
If you find that class or that pill, please let me know!
Great job to all the lifters last night who are continuing to hit it hard and get better. You are getting stronger!

Did he get hit with a gamma ray, take a super soldier formula or is he a demi-god!? He can be qualified to be one of the Avengers! That's pretty cool!

Goosebumps for me too! Jon North mentioned at the seminar I went to last weekend, to make sure to get those elbows up, so you don't snap your wrists. Yeah, he was talking about Zach.
I'm sure I'll think of this video when I clean from now on. It may help my form. What an inspiration. Amazing what the body can do.
