The new slam balls are here! Im so excited that we can start programming slam balls into One World workouts again. They are a total ass kicker and a great tool for increasing speed and power. The new slam balls can be used inside the gym. Please continue to use the old yellow slam balls outside. Stay tuned for a slam ball demo video.

A clarification about the 31 Heroes benefit workout on August 4th (time to be announced, but it will likely be mid-morning).
This is not a "Throwdown" or a "Competition." This is a low grief event! Think about it as if it is any other group session at One World. There are no judges. You can do as much or as little work as you want. There is a warm-up and a demo of each movement in the workout. As always, we scale the workout to fit your ability. Afterward, there is a big pool party at Coach Anna's house in Newark. The cost is $20 on the registration link. You get a t-shirt and your money goes to a good cause.
EVERYONE SIGN UP. WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A GREAT TIME!
