always good to compete with a legend like freddy. get over that respiratory infection so we can kick ass at the games.

as for ass, sumo high pulls are pretty functional. how do you pick up your kids, a sack of mulch, put luggage in the trunk? if you've ever helped someone move, i bet you did plenty of high pulls off the ground along with a shit ton of another functional movement, the farmer carry. but you're entitled to your opinion even if it's wrong.

sumo deadlift high pulls are a bullshit exercise.
