Bunches up.

Freddy, Does the "Rip-Ease" stick to your hand so they dont bunch up or move during your pull ups or whatever you use them for?

And the re-inventing of the glove continues. I swear.

HA! Jason took the words right out of my mouth. Josh, you'll probably do better once you stop worrying about workout times. The only thing you need to worry about getting better are strength numbers. Conditioning improvement will come with a bigger engine. IMHO

@ Josh
Start today.

We will be O-lifting on Thursday night a 6:30 pm and Saturday at 10 am. Who's in?

Question for Freddy: do you feel like there is a general maximum amount of time that someone can train competitively at crossfit before the diminishing returns start to set in? A time when the risk for injury and slowing gains means they should adjust goals away from competition and towards personal progress. I am wondering how long I should continue to try to stay 'competitive' and when I should just do what I enjoy and worry less about comparing times.

HAHAHA. YOU WOULD.

GO BALLS OUT. :)))

I totally read the title of this post as "R.I.P Ease" and started racking my brain... Who is this Ease and what happened to him!?
