MAKE-UP DAY 8/3/2012
Make-up a workout you missed during the last cycle....OR....do the strength work....OR....work on a skill....OR....rest.
STRENGTH:
- Find a 1 rep max weighted pull-up, then do 5 sets of max reps with 50% of 1 rep max. Rest 2 minutes between efforts.
- 3 x handstand holds against wall (max time per effort). Rest 2 minutes between efforts.
- 7 attempts max distance broad jump. Rest as needed.
