Thanks a lot! I Do needs to write a particular article and
after that this site truly maintains some of the information and basic facts I needed.
You can not think about how many hours of valuable time

I'VE GOT MY CROSSFIT DEFENSE DOWN. IF SOMEONE COMES AT ME, I JUST OUT-THRUSTER THEM.

Oops...thought I was posting this on today's blog, then just realized I was reading Sunday's post from Freddy...LOL. Well, it still applies, so here goes:

Thanks, Freddy....this is just what I needed to hear/read/see, as a newbie to CF. My first group session was last Monday and I was pretty discouraged....mostly out of frustration at not remembering all the techniques that Brad showed me during our 1:1 sessions....especially with him standing in the back, and Anna having to constantly monitor/correct me, I felt like a LOSER! I realize now that I am just on a VERY steep learning curve right now, and need to allow myself time to master the techniques. In the meantime, I have to remind myself to ENJOY the journey, even if I look like an uncoordinated fool in the process! I'm determined to get a 6-pack by age 50, and the clock is ticking (barely 2 years...ugh)....I can do this!! See you tonight, Anna!
