A FEW MONTHS AGO, I WAS IN A "MINI-WORKOUT-AS-A-WARM-UP" PHASE. NOW I JUST WARM UP. DON'T KILL YOURSELVES ON YOUR WARM-UP! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE ABOUT TO LIFT HEAVY-ASS WEIGHTS!! CAN'T WAIT FOR THE CFFB CERT THIS WEEKEND!

It's good news. You can be nice and loose, warmed up for the real workout:-)

Chris has warm ups that we like to call "mini WODS". It was good news for us nooners, we love team work.
