WORKOUT 7/3/2013
- 8 x 2 hang power clean
If you are comfortable with the hang power clean, try a hang squat clean or any clean variation from the ground. Your coach will help you out.
Then....
How many rounds can you complete in 10 minutes?
One round is:
- 3 dumbbell hang power cleans (as heavy as possible)
- 3 burpees
- 5 dumbbell hang power cleans
- 5 burpees
- 7 dumbbell hang power cleans
- 7 burpees
Post score as last full round completed + total reps completed of incomplete round (there are 30 total reps per round). Sooooo.....if I get three rounds and finish the 5 burpees, my score would be 3+16.

Dunno how they got there or how long they were there, but they were there. I already slipped them into someone else's gym bag. If they end up in your bag, take a picture with them (send your pics to freddy@crossfitoneworld.com). After the picture, your mission is to slip them into someone else's bag without getting caught.
One World coaches, please mention this game to your group sessions so they don't freak out when disposable panties end up in their gym bag.....
