WORKOUT 7/18/2013
- 8 x 2 hang power snatch
Then....
How far can you get in 20 minutes?
- 2 one arm dumbbell power snatches (M:35#/W:25#; 2 each arm)
- 2 box jumps (M:24"/W:20")
- Run 100m
Add two reps each round, but always run 100m (2/2/100-4/4/100-6/6/100, etc.) The dumbbell must pass below the knee for each rep.
