This will be my first year playing Fantasy Football. I'm in two leagues. My other league had it's draft Saturday night. That was fun!

The gym will be closed on Saturday for the Power Athlete Team Series. The competition is free for spectators. Make a trip to the gym and watch a cool event. We have a bunch of vendors coming out too. Should be worth the trip to the gym.

WORKOUT 9/3/2013
Deadlift 4@60% / 3@70% / 4 x 1 @ 80%
Then....
Complete 10 rounds for time of:
- 3 floor to overhead "Grace" reps (no snatch)
- 3 muscle-ups
10 minutes is an ideal time for this workout. The weight of the barbell is 135# for men and 95# for women. You can power clean or clean. The overhead portion can be any pressing movement. IF YOU CAN NOT DO A MUSCLE-UP, sub six pull-ups for the three muscle-ups. Scaling of the pull-ups from hardest to easiest is chest to bar, kipping or butterfly, band assisted, jumping pull-ups.
