Freddy,trying to remember for the 3/3/3/3 type sequences do we figure out what we want to hit for the last 3 reps attempting something around our PR and then work backwards subtracting for the other earlier sets adding like 10#s each time. Or do we start near our 3 rep max and go up a bit each time, perhaps failing in the last set? Any direction would be appreciated.
