Congrats to Chris!!! Chris finished 15th out of 56 guys. Several Regional competitors were in the mix as well. 15th is a good showing!

Shit's about to get real......
- Back Squat- 4x80% / 3@85% / 3x1@90%
- Push Press- 3 rep max in 10 minutes
Then....
Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
- 10 plyo push-ups (M:45# plate/W:25# plate)
- 10 overhead walking lunges with bumper plate.

Freddy, that little plyo and lunge step AMRAP was horrible this morning on the east coast, especially after the squats and push press. I can't lift my coffee cup up!
