Coach Chris R. (with the assistance of Coach Dru) has put together an "in-house" competition that EVERYONE can do. There will be food and CASH PRIZES. If anything, we will make it one hell of a party!!!
Here are the details:

- 1 rep max effort deadlift
Then....
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
- 10 American kettlebell swings (M:53#/W:35#)
- 15 kettlebell sumo deadlift high pulls
- 100m run

- Power Clean - 70% x 2 x 5
- Power Jerk - 60% (of split jerk) x 2 x 5
- Push Press - 70% x 3 x 3
