Big KUDOS to Chris Robertson for throwing a great competition at One World. I especially love that he brought Boot Camp and CrossFit peeps together to share in the experience and make new friends.
This was a trial run. Chris and I plan on having a competition at One World every three months. We will expand the competitions to fit in some of the other local CrossFit gyms, but we will always make the competitions as accessible to everyone as we possibly can. Stay tuned!

Then....
"DEATH BY TEN METERS"
Set up two markers 10 meters apart. Start a running clock. In the first minute, run 10 meters. In the second minute, run 10 meters twice. In the third minute, run 10 meters three times. Keep adding a 10 meter run until you can no longer complete the necessary runs within the minute time frame. Reach down and touch the 10 meter mark whenever you change direction.
