I finished the new paint job at the gym. I think it looks pretty good! I have a bit more time on my hands so I'm all about new projects at One World. Starting next week, the girl's bathroom gets a new paint job. WooHoo!

- 4x1 power snatch
Then....
4 rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds of:
- 100m run
- 10 alternating one arm dumbbell snatches
- 30 doubleunders
- 10 alternating one arm dumbbell snatches
- 100m run
Go as heavy as possible on dumbbell snatches. 10 means 5 on each arm. Score is total time including rest.

- SLDL - 3x5
