Unfortunately, after almost 2 years with One World, Salah and I are canceling our memberships. With the baby, the timing of the classes does not work for us at this time. By the time Salah gets home from work, we are putting the baby down for the night. It’s already too late for the evening classes, and I don’t have anyone to watch her during the day. Hopefully, we will be back once we get into a better routine. However, we did buy some Crossfit equipment for the garage and will be following along with the programming from home! Day 1 of working out resulted in UCPD creeping by the house a few times.
We wanted to thank all of the coaches (Chyna, Brad, Chris R, Chris and Smita). We definitely picked up a lot from the coaches in the past 2 years and we will miss you guys! To fellow athletes, thank you and it was awesome working out with everyone. I love the energy at One World.
By the way, doing all that Crossfit while pregnant, this girl loves to be rocked. If she’s crying Salah has to start doing lunges with her and she’s happy.
