Only at One World can I be in the middle of coaching peeps as they are doing their squats and notice that Jason's water bootle is full of beer. That's a dude after my own heart!!!
Of course then again, it could be a water bottle of piss. That's okay too. It would just mean he is so dedicated to training that he doesn't want to run off the floor to tinkle in between sets.

Then....
You will do 8 rounds for this workout.
Even rounds:
- 1 minute of max reps Russian kettlebell swings (M:53#/W:35#)
- 1 minute to do 100m run (Rest for remainder of minute)
Odd rounds:
- 1 minute max reps kettlebell sumo deadlift high pull (M:53#/W:35#)
- 1 minute to do 25 double unders (rest for remainder of minute)
The workout is 16 minutes. Your score is total KB swings + total KB sumo deadlift high pulls.
