- 10 minutes to find best 1 rep max clean & jerk. (pass through squat and use a split jerk)
Then....
- Then every 10 minutes on the minutes do one clean and jerk at 70%
Then....
- Complete 50 burpee pull-ups for time
If you can't do pull-up, sub 10 rounds of 5 burpees/5 pull-up subs
