WORKOUT 2/25/2014
- Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes do 3 deadlifts @ 65% of your one rep max
Then....
Perform the following for time:
BUY IN: 800m run
Four rounds of:
- 10 alternating one arm dumbbell snatch (M:35#/W:25#)
- 15 jumping pull-ups
CASH OUT: 800m run
The dumbbell snatch is 5 per arm per round. For a jumping pull-up, set up a box so that when you stand up and extend your arms over your head, the entire hand is over the bar.
