I hate the rain. I know we need it right now, but I hate it anyway.
Looks like this storm is going to be around until Saturday. Please remember a few things regarding the rain and the gym.
- Drive safe to and from the gym. Reduce your speeds. Only idiots drive fast in the rain. Don't be an idiot.
- Wipe your feet on the carpet as you enter the gym. One of these days a smart person will invent black rubber flooring that doesn't show footprints or chalky handprints.
- Run faster during the workouts to avoid getting too wet.
- Heavy prowler pushes in the back parking lot are probably a bad idea.
- Rain is not an excuse to skip the gym. Stop being a sissy.

Push ball....is that a push press but with med ball? Weights and heights make me think wall ball but then it would have stated 20 wall ball ya?
