Big shout out to Salem, Jor, Jessielyn, and Lyn for their third place finish in the Husky Throwdown at CrossFit of Fremont. I think they should have gotten first or at least second for dragging old man Jor around....haha. Great job to all of you!!!

WORKOUT 4/28/2014
- 10 minutes to establish a 1 rep max deadlift
Then....
- Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes do 1 deadlift @ 78% of 1RM
Then...
- 75 pull-ups or ring rows for time. Everytime you come off the bar or rings you must do 4 burpees before continuing.
