I got Coach Mike Costa to be my demo boy for workouts #1, #2, and #3. We did workout #4, but we need to do it over. Plus for safety reasons, we totally changed the workout standards for the floater workout. I posted a video at the end of this post that shows why we decided to change the floater workout standards. Pretty funny shit.

I need more people to volunteer for judging! It's a thankless job, but I will feed you and get you an 880 Cup shirt. We will be running 10 people in every heat and 8 heats per workout plus the floater workout needs two judges and that rolls for most of the day. Please help One World!!!

- 3 hang power cleans on the minute for 8 minutes. At the 4 minute mark, up the weight 5-20#

- 21 American kettlebell swings

This video has so many EPIC fail moments. We changed the floater workout for the 880 Cup because of Mike's and other test subject's box scrubs. Pretty funny to watch though.....
