The final 10 are set. I determined any tiebreakers among the top ten by highest placing in any workout. You top ten men and women are amazing and have earned the right to represent One World in the 880 Cup. Cost to enter the 880 Cup is $50. We can bill your account or you can pay at One World this week. If you are in the top ten, I NEED YOUR T-SHIRT SIZE BY TUESDAY NIGHT @ 5PM. Please note your t-shirt size via the sign-up list at the front desk. If you are not planning on participating in the competition, let me know ASAP so I can sub you with the next person on the list.
The 880 Cup is at One World on 5/17. The first workout heat starts at 9:00 am. I will post heat line-ups, heat times, and movement standards videos this week. Every person's score counts toward trying to the win the 880 Cup for our gym. There are four workouts plus one floater workout. You have to go for it every workout. WE WANT THE CUP!
For those of you who didn't make it, I need your help!!! I need judges and volunteers. Please sign-up to volunteer.

- 5x3 front squat
- 5x3 strict press
Then....
4 rounds for time of:
- 5 thrusters (M:95#/W:65#)
- 10 front rack lunges (M:95#/W:65#)
- 100m run
The lunges are not walking lunges. During the lunges, you hold the bar at your shoulders just like the front squat.
