One World B-Day Party!!! Happy B-Day to Jenn Burgin. Things get pretty crazy when you put a birthday party of CrossFitters next to a birthday party of a women's running group. I'll let those in attendence tell the stories......

When I came up with the idea for a competitors training session, I told Chyna she could coach it "once and awhile" and I would join the group. What I really meant was I would always coach. Haha. "Once in awhile" is now. The Friday night session this week is going to be coached and programmed by Chyna. I got to see her session outline. It sucks, but we'll live.

WORKOUT 5/23/2014
- 3 x 5 deadlift @ 73% of 1 rep max
- 3 x 2 deadlift @ 80% of 1 rep max
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
- 15 wallballs (M:20#-10'/W:14#-9')
- 12 kettlebell swings (M:53#/35#)
- 9 burpees
- 200m run
