All of us have to go! The 2014 CrossFit Games NorCal Regional is coming up! Chyna and Atsushi are both competing in the individual event. Chris is competing in the team event for CrossFit Oakland. Show up and cheer for our athletes!!! It's going to be an epic event. GO ONE WORLD!
The event takes place at the San Jose State Event Center on 5/30 - 6/1. It's the first year that the NorCal Regional is not outdoors at a fairground. I am not sure how it's going to be set up as far providing an area for a One World base camp. No matter how it's set up, we will make a One World party go down. As soon as I get info I will let you know.

MEMORIAL DAY SCHEDULE
All group sessions cancelled. There will be Open Gym from 1130 to 1500. The Challenge Workout for Memorial Day is:
"MURPH"- In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
For time:
- Run 1 mile
- 100 pull-ups
- 200 push-ups
- 300 air squats
- Run 1 mile
If you have a 20# vest, wear it!

WORKOUT 5/22/2014
- Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes do 1 power snatch + 1 overhead squat (increase weight after first 5 minutes)
Then....
Complete 4 rounds for time of:
- 10 alternating one arm dumbbell snatches (pick weight)
- 12 pull-ups
- 30 double unders
Rest 30 seconds between rounds. Score is total time including rest.
