WORKOUT 6/24/2014
- Deadlift: 2 reps every 2 minutes for 20 minutes. Work up to a 2 rep max. Post your heaviest 2 rep set.
Then....
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
- 10 dumbbell burpee deadlifts (pick weight)
- 10 chest to bar pull-ups
- 10 box jumps (M:24"/W:20")
To perform a dumbbell burpee deadlift, start standing while holding the dumbbells in the hang position. Perform a burpee with the dumbbells in your hands the entire time (touching your chest to the ground between the dumbbells). You do not need to jump or get the dumbbells over your head after you stand upright at the end of the burpee.
