I'm away from One World for a couple of weeks and this is one of the gyms I'll be working out at. I miss One World already lol, but this one is cool. They let me write on the wall! See you guys in three weeks!

WORKOUT 6/20/2014
- Max height box jump
Then....
Complete 5 rounds for time of:
- 500m row
- 400m run
I put a 30 minute time cap on this workout, but your goal should be 20 minutes. That's running and rowing in 2 minute intervals. Sub 20 is the gold standard.
This is an old school CrossFit workout from the mind of Eddie Lugo, the original owner of CrossFit San Diego (I think someone else owns it now). You can run first or row first. It sucks either way!
