- 10 minutes to establish 1 rep max power clean or hang power clean
Then....
- Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes do 2 power cleans or hang power cleans @ 70% of today's 1 rep max
Then....
Complete 5 rounds for time of:
- 5 hang power cleans (M:135#/W:95#)
- 15 American kettlebell swings (M:53#/W:35#)
- 20 lateral jumps over bar
